Rebirthofchic.com will offer a full refund* on the purchase price when merchandise is returned to and received by rebirthofchic.com within 30 days of your original receipt. Any returns received between 30-45 days of your receipt will be issued store credit. We currently cannot accept returned merchandise after 45 days.
Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, with tags (if any) attached, and accompanied by the original (or copy of) invoice*. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customers who have received free shipping lose nothing but the cost to ship back!
Please note that an eGift Card will be issued for all returns made whereby an eGift Card was used as form of payment for that purchase.
*NOTE: DUE TO CUSTOM PRODUCTION "PRE-ORDER" ITEM(S) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU MAY REQUEST STORE CREDIT OR AN EXCHANGE FOR THESE ITEM(S) IN ACCORDANCE TO OUR RETURN POLICY TIMEFRAMES.
1. Send an email to sales@rebirthofchic.com or call 1-866-358-2441 OR 1-562-338-8311 to indicate that you wish to make a return.
2. You will be given instructions on how to make your return, including your return ID. Items shipped without a valid return ID will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
3. As soon as we receive your return, you will be sent a confirmation that we have received your package and that a refund to your card (or store credit- see above) has been issued. Please note that banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
*If you've lost your invoice, contact customer service to locate your order and send you another copy. You may also find print your invoice from your "Order History" when logged in to your rebirth of chic account.
